Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and the Moodstash team ("we", "us"), the makers of Moodstash, for the Moodstash browser extension, the moodstash.app website and Moodstash Pro (together, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service you agree to them.
1. What Moodstash does
Moodstash helps you save Pinterest boards that you can access to your own computer. It is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pinterest, Inc.
2. Your responsibilities
- Images on Pinterest belong to their creators. Downloading an image does not give you any rights to it. You are responsible for how you use what you download, including getting permission where copyright or other laws require it.
- You are responsible for following the terms of the websites you use, including Pinterest's.
- Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or overload or disrupt any website.
- Don't resell, share publicly, or try to bypass the license checks of Moodstash Pro.
3. Free plan and Pro
The free plan has the limits described on our pricing page. Moodstash Pro removes those limits for as long as your license is active. A license key may be used in up to 3 browsers at a time.
4. Payments
Purchases are sold and processed by Dodo Payments as our merchant of record, and their terms of sale also apply to the checkout. Prices are shown in USD; applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment for the life of the product.
5. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
6. Changes to the Service
Moodstash depends on how Pinterest's website works, which can change without notice. We work to keep Moodstash working and to fix problems quickly, but we can't guarantee that every feature will work at all times. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Moodstash Pro entirely, we will refund the unused part of any yearly plan and, for lifetime licenses bought in the 12 months before, the full price.
7. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the extension. We may suspend licenses used in breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where we are established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
